CNC Setter Programmer

CNC Setter / Programmer Permanent Position – Immediate Start An established manufacturer of secure shop fronts based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to join our production team. Key Responsibilities * Set and program CNC milling and turning machines for low-volume batch production. * Write, edit, and optimise Fanuc programs for: * Dah Lih MCV-720 vertical machining centre * Hwacheon Cutex 200 CNC lathe with barfeed * Create 2D and 3D toolpaths for milling and turning using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM. * Generate CNC programs and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and quality. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience setting and programming Fanuc-controlled CNC milling and turning centres. * Strong CAD/CAM experience, ideally with Fusion 360. * Ability to work independently, interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-precision output. Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start available
