Customer Demand Manager Salary: £46,000 Structure: Hybrid - 2 days in office a week We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Demand Manager role for a global FMCG supplier in their Leeds office. The purpose of this role is to lead and develop a Demand Planning Team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and maximising sales performance for both the business and its customers. Directly supporting a team of 2 Demand Executives, you will be responsible for streamlining forecasting accuracy and the supply chain process, maximising sales for the business and their customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure strong service levels, accurate forecasting, and achievement of key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the wider supply chain agenda, including running monthly forecast sign-off meetings and providing KPI analysis. Drive continuous improvement of forecasting and demand planning processes, covering promotions, range changes, day-to-day demand management, and stock availability through close coordination with production planning. Oversee the forecasting system, including user support, training, and process enhancements. Manage documentation and data preparation for international supply partnerships.What you'll bring: Strong forecasting experience within an FMCG environment. Team management experience, ideally for at least one year. Understanding of retailer internet systems, SAP, and forecasting tools A minimum of three years' experience in a forecasting or demand planning role within FMCG is desirable.
