This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000. As L&D Manager, you will foster an innovative approach in shaping the workforce providing insight-based solutions to upskilling and developing teams across the business. Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Work closely with stakeholders across sites, partnering with managers and HR to spot capability gaps and recommend suitable development solutions. Take ownership of delivering the site-level learning strategy, ensuring it supports wider business change. Create and facilitate blended learning experiences tailored to operational teams. Equip line managers with strong people-leadership skills through guidance and practical support. Oversee the execution of the annual learning plan and keep training records up to date. Contribute to the growth of early-career talent, including apprentices and junior employees.
