Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location: London & M25 Region Salary: £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their service and maintenance team, covering commercial buildings across London and the M25 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable engineer seeking a stable role with strong earning potential and the freedom of a mobile position. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites * Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems * Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities * Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements * Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards * Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships * Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately Skills & Experience Required * Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent) * Strong experience working within commercial building services or facilities management * Good mechanical fault-finding skills * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £45,000 per annum * Company van and fuel card provided * Monday to Friday working hours * Overtime opportunities available * Career development and training with a well-established FM business
