Marketing Executive


6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT Purpose To support the Marketing team in driving integrated, multichannel marketing activity across TVS SCS Europe divisions. This fast-paced role works closely with key internal stakeholders to create engaging social media content, develop multichannel marketing assets and support internal communications initiatives, all to support business growth and drive engagement. Main Duties & Responsibilities · Create dynamic LinkedIn content (both written and visual) and campaigns, aligned with business priorities and target sectors. · Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, well-timed content delivery. · Engage proactively with key internal stakeholders to understand sector capabilities and identify opportunities for targeted content, developing case studies, blogs, news articles, and other materials for the global website and business development support. · Liaise with our internal Technical Publications team to create physical and digital collateral and other design-based marketing requests for both internal and external business needs. · Support the Global Marketing Team on new initiatives, sharing ideas and insights. · Support internal communications by gathering content for the monthly newsletter and contributing to other internal messaging and initiatives. · Support the marketing team with other multi-channel campaigns, initiatives, and events as required. · Liaise with key internal departments (e.g. Finance, HR) to facilitate the execution of initiatives, task requests, and day-to-day marketing administration. Knowledge, Skills & Experience · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience creating engaging LinkedIn content, including written posts and visuals (ideally using Canva). · At least 1 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B experience preferred). · Marketing degree or similar discipline. · Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Canva). · Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour, and market trends. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams. · Creative and strategic thinker. · Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised. · Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
