Senior Account Manager

Job Title: Senior Account Manager Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Contract: Full-time, 12 Month FTC Location: Chichester Liberty Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a fantastic family-founded business who are experiencing a very exciting growth period. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of their client portfolio and drive commercial growth for a period of 12 Months. This is a key role in shaping client relationships and supporting ongoing product development. Responsibilities include: * Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders * Manage day-to-day client activity and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality products and service * Oversee client legal documentation and negotiate SLAs where required * Resolve production issues, balancing commercial needs with client expectations * Identify business improvement opportunities and support implementation of new processes * Respond to new enquiries and manage product development for both new and existing clients * Prepare accurate quotations and critical paths aligned to client briefs * Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase account value * Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution * Arrange and attend meetings with clients both on-site and off-site * Manage re-orders and review costings to ensure commercial integrity * Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements To be successful in this role you will need: * Strong knowledge of managing new and existing client projects, including product development * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels * Confidence, credibility and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships * Strong time management, organisation and deadline discipline * Skilled verbal communicator with strong listening and advisory capability * High competency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment * Confidence in making critical decisions when necessary If you are an experienced Account Manager looking for your next role and would love to work with industry-leading brands, then please reach out to the team at Liberty Recruitment Group
