Electronics Engineer – High Wycombe – £65,000 I’m working with an innovative technology business in High Wycombe to recruit an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their growing R&D team. If you enjoy hands-on design, problem-solving, and seeing products through from concept to production, this is a great opportunity. The Role * Design electronic circuits, schematics and PCB layouts * Develop solutions including DALI drivers, BLE communication devices, sensors, PoE switches, and control modules * Select components and ensure designs meet EMC/LVD standards * Test, fault-find and verify new products, including BLE devices and firmware * Support prototypes, create BOMs, wiring diagrams, production packs and test specs * Maintain design documentation and help train commissioning engineers * Work with software developers, suppliers, manufacturers and the wider engineering team What You’ll Bring * Experience in electronic circuit design and PCB development * Strong testing, debugging and problem-solving skills * Understanding of industry regulations and compliance * Good communication, organisation and attention to detail * Relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering (degree, HND, BTEC, apprenticeship) Benefits * £65k salary * 25 days holiday * Healthcare & life insurance * Pension * 35-hour working week * Training & development opportunities If you’re passionate about electronics and want to be part of a supportive, innovative engineering team, I’d be happy to share more details or discuss your application
