Site Manager - Interiors (Ceilings, Partitions, Firestopping, Doors, Acoustics) 📍 London & Southeast Projects 💼 Freelance | Start: Monday 4th August 💰 Rate: £250 per day    We're looking for a Site Manager to join a specialist interiors contractor delivering high-spec internal packages across London and the Southeast. You'll be joining on a £250k partitions & ceilings 8 week project in North London, with a pipeline of follow-on projects to roll onto.   The Role: Day-to-day site coordination and delivery Managing direct labour and subcontractors Ensuring H&S compliance and QA procedures are followed Client-facing - must be confident liaising with main contractor and reporting into Contracts Manager Reviewing drawings, schedules, and specifications to identify scope Highlighting variations where required - commercial awareness is essential Overseeing full site documentation (RAMS, daily diaries, toolbox talks, etc.) What We're Looking For: Proven experience delivering ceilings, partitions, firestopping, acoustic systems, and doors Strong communication skills - fluent spoken and written English SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid Ability to read from a bill of quants or schedule of rates Client-facing and commercially aware Start available from Monday 4th August   Typical Project Values: From £10k up to £2m - working with well-established contractors and repeat clients.   This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented Site Manager who enjoys technical packages, a tight programme, and working as part of a collaborative team.   Apply now or message me directly for more details
