Lift Service Engineer

Lift Engineer Location: Glasgow and the West Salary: £40,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Lift Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting for a skilled and customer-focused professional to join a well-established engineering team working across a diverse portfolio of sites. About the Role As a Lift Engineer, you will carry out servicing, repairs, callouts, and maintenance on a range of lift and escalator equipment. You’ll work independently, ensuring high levels of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction while travelling between client sites. Key Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and callout responses * Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations * Complete reports, documentation, and service records accurately * Diagnose issues and provide effective technical solutions * Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues * Participate in the on-call rota Requirements * NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification (essential) * Proven experience maintaining and repairing lift equipment * Strong fault-finding and technical skills * Full UK driving licence * Excellent customer service and communication abilities * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What’s on Offer? * Competitive salary + overtime * Company vehicle * Tools & equipment provided * Pension & company benefits * Training and development opportunities * Supportive team environment Apply online now with an up to date CV
