Teaching Assistant

You will be joining a school who believe in developing confident, successful children with a natural love of learning, through an aspirational and inspirational curriculum where everybody is valued.   What will you be doing? Providing motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles in their learning. Offering 1:1 support. Coach students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics. Working in small groups with children who need additional support.About you: You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive, and approachability. Ideally, you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service.What are the benefits of working with us?
