They are now looking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth and ensure the commercial success of their projects. About the Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring robust cost control from tender stage through to final account. Working closely with Project Managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients, you’ll provide accurate reporting, commercial insight, and a proactive approach to managing project budgets. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing tenders, bills of quantities, and cost estimates. * Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration. * Monitoring project costs, valuations, variations, and cashflow. * Conducting regular site visits to track progress and assess commercial risks. * Building strong relationships with clients and project teams. * Preparing monthly commercial reports and supporting senior management with financial forecasting. * Leading the final account process and ensuring timely project close-out.
