We’re looking for a caring and proactive Nursery Teaching Assistant to support children aged 3–4 as they begin their learning journey through the medium of Welsh. If you’re passionate about early years education and enjoy helping young children grow, learn, and explore, this could be the perfect role for you. Your Role Will Include: Supporting the Nursery Teacher in creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment Providing one-to-one and small group support through Welsh Assisting with play-based activities that promote early development Helping with personal care routines where needed Encouraging children to develop independence, confidence, and social skills Supporting pupils during indoor and outdoor activities What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written) A warm, patient, and enthusiastic attitude A proactive, hands-on approach to supporting young children Good communication and teamwork skills Experience working with nursery-aged children (desirable but not essential) Why Join Teaching Personnel?
