Chartered Building Surveyor

We're recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor for a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol. This role offers a mix of professional consultancy and project-based work, from pre-acquisition and condition surveys to managing dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration. You'll also have the chance to contribute to sustainability initiatives and help shape innovative building projects. What You'll Be Doing: Carrying out pre-acquisition and condition surveys Managing dilapidations and party wall work Overseeing project delivery and contract administration Preparing specifications, schedules, and technical reports Advising on property acquisition, development, and asset management strategies Supporting sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives What We're Looking For: MRICS qualified (essential) Degree in Building Surveying or a related field Consultancy experience with strong technical knowledge in building pathology, project management, and reporting Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Commitment to sustainability and innovative building solutions What's on Offer: Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000Bonus Pension Hybrid working Paid professional fees and memberships Generous holiday allowance with options to buy extra leave This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team, work on a variety of projects, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
