Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client, an international manufacturing company, are looking to recruit a creative and dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the team and help develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the company brand. Reporting to the Managing Director, duties to include: · Assisting the Marketing Department to achieve company goals. · Updating financial reports, budget tracking and invoice reconciliation. · Maintaining of routine sales performance reports. · Maintenance of routine customer engagement reports on behalf of CRM Manager. · Producing routine digital reports. · Maintenance of routine promotional performance reports. · Liaise with accounts to ensure supplier invoices are paid. · Maintain and manage stock levels of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, stands and promotion items, ready for distribution. · Assist with the creation and development of campaign plans. · Collation of statistics to support department KPI’s. · Support with distribution of marketing materials. · React quickly to daily incoming requests, ensuring traditional, digital and social media coverage is maximised. · Other ad hoc duties as demanded by the business. As an ideal candidate you will have prior experience within a similar marketing role and experience of email marketing and CMS platforms is essential, a high attention to detail together with excellent communication and organisation skills.
