Shift Engineer West Oxfordshire Monday-Friday 3-Shift Pattern (6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6) £60,000 Benefits:- Private Pension, Life Assurance X4 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays 24/7 EAP, Discount Platforms Our client is a leading manufacturer, part of a larger group, with a reputation for product quality, which is second to none and industry leading standards. They are looking for an experienced multi-skilled shift engineer to join their engineering team. Role & Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of all the site production, process & packaging machinery and systems Electrical & mechanical fault finding, troubleshooting & repairs PLC - electrical fault finding Installation, commissioning & modifications of new equipment Working on motors, gearboxes, drives, inverters, sensors, pneumatics, circuits, VSD's Shift handovers, ordering spares & parts, liaise with suppliers Record all maintenance activities, manage contractors Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Ideally be a multi-skilled engineer Must have completed a time-served apprenticeship NVQ Level 3 or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering Ideally HNC / HNC qualified Must have worked in some form of fast-paced manufacturing industry Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding & diagnostics skills PLC - electrical fault finding capabilities Team player, good communication skills Any experience of installation, commissioning & project work would be beneficial "To apply please email your CV / resume to [ ]". - Chris Gumm - (phone number removed) If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
