Experience working in a call/contact centre is essential As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels. The salary is £25,142 per annum, plus bonus! This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday Full-time Free car parking on site Uniform provided Training provided Performance related bonus In your role as a Customer Service Advisor: Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically. Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts Upselling Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Consulting with internal teams to follow up on customer requests. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes. Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor: Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre environment An interest in progressing to a management position Excellent communication and people skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, patient manner. Competent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
