We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines procurement, sales management, and operational support, with a primary focus on essential oils. It offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic growth and day-to-day operations within a growing and agile environment. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing * Lead procurement of a range of materials from ingredient suppliers in the USA, China, and India. * Negotiate contracts and ensure supply chain reliability. * Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Sales Account Management * Manage key customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and overseeing order fulfilment. * Develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth. * Track account performance and nurture long-term partnerships. Order Processing * Coordinate daily order processing and internal communication to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Internal Operations & Support * Support product formulation, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to innovation initiatives. * Collaborate closely with production, quality control, finance, and other internal teams. Market Analysis * Monitor global market trends to inform purchasing and sales strategies. About You * Strong background in commodity trading, including international sourcing and negotiation * You will have experience in sales, purchasing and/or trading within the food, food ingredients, flavour, fragrance, essential oils or allied sectors. * 5–7 years in a commercial or trading role with proven success in sales account management and business development. * Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment. * This is a fantastic opportunity to further your commercial career with great progression prospects
