Deputy Home Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to work in our clients residential home catering to the young & elderly in Torquay. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the complete running of the home along with the management of a multi-disciplinary staff team. Duties: Assistance with managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies Implement training/induction programmes for all Care Staff Ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home To be considered for this position you will need to have: Experience of working within a care setting Excellent management and supervisory experience Ability to lead and motivate other staff members Excellent communication skills A clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards If you would like more information about this role or would like to apply, please email us a copy of your CV
