They work closely with local authorities, health services, and education partners, and collaborate with universities and organisations to develop research-led safeguarding and assessment frameworks. About the Role - Deputy Manager The Deputy Manager supports the Home Manager in the overall operation and leadership of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance. They act as a key leader within the team, providing supervision, promoting best practice, and stepping into full managerial responsibility during the Home Manager's absence. Purpose of the Role: To contribute to a safe, nurturing, and structured home where young people can thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally.
