We’re on the hunt for an Ecommerce Trading Specialist who’s ready to challenge the status quo and deliver outstanding results. Huge demand has helped create this position, initially as a fixed term contract, but certainly potential to go permanent. Your Mission * Take command of daily trading activities across the ecommerce platform * Analyse sales data, spot bold opportunities, and act decisively to fuel growth * Design irresistible promotions and dynamic merchandising campaigns * Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, buying, and logistics experts to wow customers * Ensure every product listing is magnetic, compelling, and SEO-optimised for maximum impact * Harness the power of analytics to boost conversion rates and set new records * Drive sales and conversion across the website & digital channels What Makes You Stand Out? * Proven experience in ecommerce or online retail (2+ years preferred)—you know your stuff! * Laser-sharp analytical abilities and attention to every detail * Experience of Salesforce or Ampliance is definitely advantageous. * Communication skills that inspire teamwork and collaboration * Commercial insight and an unwavering passion for delivering for customers * Innovative, proactive, and ready to thrive in our energetic, fast-paced environment * You will have experience in optimising trading performance through onsite merchandising inc. internal search. * Experience of reporting and analysis of trading activities to support and help shape trading optimisation and inform decision making This is a critical role at a much-loved luxury brand, experiencing huge growth.
