You’ll: Take part in cold calling, business development, and full 360 recruitment Build relationships with schools and recruit teachers for permanent and temporary roles Use job boards, social media, career events to find and place the best candidates Work towards weekly targets and KPI’s with the support of an experienced team Conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A GRADUATE/ASSOCIATE You don’t need prior recruitment experience — we’re looking for potential, not expert. We want associates who are: Confident communicators and natural relationship builders Goal-oriented, driven, and eager to prove themselves Problem-solvers with a positive, proactive attitude Resilient, team-focused, and open to feedback Full UK driving licence holders (or actively learning)  You could be: Looking for a career change with a stable work history in sectors such as hospitality, retail, customer service, leisure & tourism, insurance, care work and real estate A sales professional from a fast-paced, target-driven environment A recent graduate in a relevant field such as sports, drama, business, psychology and HR (or something else)  ***We do not offer sponsorship now or in the future (full UK RTW is required)   THE PERKS DON’T STOP THERE… 24–35 days holiday + Bank Holidays (plus your birthday off!)
