This is a hands-on leadership role within a highly audited environment (BRC AA++), ideal for someone who wants real influence, autonomy, and the chance to shape a high-performing QA team. The Role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, legality and compliance at all times. You'll maintain a fully audit-ready facility, lead the QA team, and continuously improve systems, documentation and operational standards across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead, implement and maintain the full Quality Management System Conduct and lead internal audits Manage and develop the QA team Support customer, supplier, first-party and third-party auditsWhat You'll Bring 2+ years' experience as a Quality Manager in food manufacturing.
