Soft Services Manager Salary: £30,000 + Company Car + Performance-Related Reviews Location: East (Mobile Role) We are currently recruiting for a Soft Services Manager to join a growing Facilities Management business, overseeing multiple sites across the East on a mobile basis. About the Role As the Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery across a portfolio of sites, covering cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance and other soft services functions. You will build strong client relationships, manage on-site teams, and support operational excellence across the region. This is a mobile role, and a company car will be provided. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services across multiple client sites * Conduct site audits, compliance checks and performance reviews * Support, guide and mentor on-site teams * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Ensure service standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved * Assist with planning, scheduling and resource management * Provide hands-on support where needed to maintain operational excellence Requirements * Experience in soft services or facilities management * Strong communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities * Proactive, organised and committed to high standards What’s on Offer? * £30,000 starting salary * Company car * Performance-related pay reviews * Excellent opportunities for career progression * Supportive and forward-thinking FM organisation If you’re an ambitious Soft Services Manager looking for your next step, we’d love to hear from you
