Records Assistant


Records Assistant Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Central Bristol £26,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative or data-entry experience who enjoys working with systems, organising information, and helping to keep a busy professional services environment running smoothly. Main Duties • Maintain and update records relating to applications, assignments, disputes, and renewals • Handle case entry, manage acceptances and refusals, oversee publications and objections, and record final registrations • Upload and organise official documentation across a variety of case types • Create and maintain new client and supplier records within the internal database • Manage daily updates to search and tracking records, ensuring accuracy in all information filed • Monitor deadlines, link related cases, and maintain clear and comprehensive case notes • Organise and distribute official correspondence through the document management system • Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding, case handovers, and data accuracy • Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving internal processes and communication Experience & Skills • Previous administrative experience preferred • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Willingness to learn and respond positively to feedback • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment Benefits Package Includes: • 25 days annual leave (plus one additional day per year of service after 5 years, up to 30 days) • Standard workplace pension scheme • Cycle to Work scheme • Childcare vouchers (where applicable) • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) • Extra day off on your birthday • Annual Christmas bonus If you are interested, please click APPLY
