Key Responsibilities: Office Operations: Ensure day-to-day office functions run smoothly and efficiently. Team Leadership: Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. HR: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Administrative Duties: Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management. Policy Implementation: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and external partners, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Meeting Organisation: Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Skills & Experience: Experience: Proven office management or similar administrative experience. Leadership: Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
