Electrical Supervisor About the role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of electrical works on a major industrial construction project. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on supervision, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and productivity across all site electrical activities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate electricians and electrical subcontractors on site * Review drawings, specifications, cable schedules, and ensure installations comply with design and industry standards * Carry out regular inspections, quality checks, and ensure best practice is followed at all times * Work collaboratively with project managers, site managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient workflow * Uphold strict health & safety requirements, including RAMS compliance, permits, isolations, and safe systems of work * Support electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning activities and ensure documentation is completed correctly * Monitor progress and productivity, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where needed * Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and preparation for handover * Maintain accurate daily site records, labour tracking, and materials reporting Required Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on industrial or large-scale construction projects * Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (LV/MV distribution, motors, controls, instrumentation, etc.) * Proven supervisory and site coordination experience * Valid ECS Gold Card * SSSTS certification (SMSTS desirable) * Full UK Driving Licence How to Apply Please send your up-to-date CV to be considered for the Electrical Supervisor position
