About the Opportunity: We’re looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with over five years of experience to join their UK team. The role combines functional HR process consulting with technical responsibilities such as configurations, data migration, integrations, reports, and supporting UK-specific statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead full lifecycle implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labour, and OTBI reporting. Customisation & Development: Configure and customise reports, workflows, and integrations to meet UK-specific business and statutory requirements. Business Analysis: Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and recommend process improvements. Integration & Data Management: Support data migration activities and integrations with UK payroll, finance, and benefits systems. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-go-live support, resolve system issues, and ensure compliance with UK employment and data regulations. Testing & Documentation: Lead functional and technical testing activities, including system, regression, and UAT, while maintaining comprehensive documentation. User Training: Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions to HR teams and system users. Upgrades & Patches: Manage quarterly release cycles, patches, and continuous optimisation initiatives. Collaboration: Partner with global technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise strategy.Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience within UK environments. Strong technical expertise in Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labour, and OTBI. Deep functional understanding of UK HR, payroll, and compliance processes. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.Desirable Skills: Experience with wider Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
