Job Title: Welder Fabricator Supervisor Location: Liverpool Salary: £21.22+ Shift Pattern: Days no weekends Job Type: Permanent   We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator Supervisor to lead a workshop team and ensure high-quality production across a range of metal fabrication projects. Key Responsibilities - Welder Fabricator Supervisor Supervise and support a team of welders and fabricators Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring safety and efficiency Read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accurate fabrication Conduct quality checks on completed work Train and mentor team members, promoting best practices Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and production targets Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment  Essential skills - Welder Fabricator Supervisor Minimum NVQ Level 3 Qualification Valid coded welding certificate Extensive experience of supervising a busy fabrication shop and providing support across areas of the business using your engineering experience   Proven track record of working on the front line in a similar business and thoroughly understands the dynamics of an in-house workshop The ability to deliver verbal and written reports to senior managers Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with good literacy and numeracy IT Literate with the ability to use a range of packages applicable to the role A commitment to up-skill as required to meet the changing needs of the business Full, clean driving license An excellent commercial understanding of vehicle costing and resource management  To apply for this Welder Fabricator Supervisor role, please submit your CV via this advert or contact (url removed) or (phone number removed)
