You'll: Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmes Analyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviews Negotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractors Build strong relationships with teams and clients Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standardsAbout You Skills & Experience: Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimating Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations Confident with Microsoft Office; Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience a bonus Personal Attributes: Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and negotiation skills Driven to deliver and thrive under pressureThis is your chance to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team where your expertise will be valued, and your career can grow.
