Site Manager required – Oxford | Hotel extension project | Start immediately We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor on a hotel extension project in Oxford. This is an immediate start with 12 months of continuous work for the right candidate. Role Overview: You will take day-to-day responsibility for managing the delivery of a high-profile hotel extension, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme. The project is being delivered in a live hotel environment, so experience operating in occupied or sensitive settings is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Managing daily site operations * Liaising continuously with the client and maintaining strong working relationships * Carrying out site inductions and ensuring all staff and subcontractors are compliant * Preparing and issuing Friday packs * Following and monitoring the construction programme * Managing health & safety across the site, ensuring full compliance at all times Requirements: * Proven background working for a main contractor * Strong experience on hotel projects or other live-environment builds * Excellent site management, coordination, and communication skills * Ability to maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance * Available for immediate start * Weekend work available (optional) Location: Oxford Duration: 1 year Start: ASAP If you’re a proactive Site Manager looking for a long-term position on a flagship project, we want to hear from you.
