Job Title: Powder Coater Location: Sittingbourne Contract: Temporary – Permanent Rate: £13.04 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, day shift (37.5 hours per week) Our Client is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join their team in Sittingbourne. This role involves preparing and coating galvanised products to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and clean metal surfaces prior to coating. * Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently. * Apply powder coatings to galvanised products to required standards. * Inspect finished work for quality and consistency. * Maintain a clean and organised work area. * Follow health & safety procedures at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience in powder coating or similar industrial finishing. * Knowledge of galvanising and metal preparation processes desirable. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and quality standards. * Flexibility to work overtime when required.
