Digital Marketing Executive Scout’d is a fast-growing sports-tech start-up building an AI-powered platform for footballers, coaches, scouts and clubs. We are growing our team as we prepare for launch. We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Admin Executive — an entry-level, multi-discipline role ideal for someone creative, proactive and eager to learn. You will support our digital growth efforts while also assisting with general admin and working closely with the founder. Role Overview This role blends digital marketing, creative content, social media management and day-to-day operational support. You will play a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads and keeping the business running smoothly. Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media • Create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. • Assist in running sponsored ads and digital campaigns • Design marketing materials using Canva or Adobe (graphics, flyers, social posts, pitch visuals). • Support with website updates, landing pages and email marketing campaigns. • Help track analytics and performance across all digital channels. Admin & PA Support • Support with general office admin duties including scheduling, organisation, inbox management and document preparation. • Work closely with the founder on daily tasks, planning and business operations. • Assist with events — exhibitions, social evenings, networking sessions and community activities. • Coordinate logistics, bookings, and project-related administration. Creative & Strategic Contribution • Bring fresh ideas for content, growth strategies, brand positioning and engagement. • Use your initiative to spot opportunities, improve workflows and contribute to the overall progression of the Scout’d brand. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • A creative mindset with confidence to bring ideas and take initiative. • Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation and social media culture. • Ability to support with admin and PA responsibilities, working closely witth the founder • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) with attention to detail. • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask across varied responsibilities. • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment where no two days are the same. • Passion for sports or tech is a bonus (but not required). ⸻ What We Offer • Starting salary: £18,000 – £23,000 (depending on experience). • A genuine entry-level opportunity with exposure to marketing, operations, events and start-up strategy. • Direct mentorship from the founder and involvement in real decision-making. • Fast-track progression as the team grows. • Hybrid working and access to events, exhibitions and investor functions. • The chance to be part of a high-potential sports-tech brand from the ground up
