Role: CNC Turner – Programmer & Setter Location: Birmingham Salary: £20 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07.30 to 16.30/ Friday 07.30 to 12.30 Benefits: Annual Bonus, Work events throughout the year, canteen on-site, on-site parking, 25 Days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. As their recruitment partner, we are seeking individuals whose personal values align with the following principles: Key Responsibilities as a CNC Turner * Program and set CNC turning machines (e.g., Mazak, XYZ, Citizen). * Interpret detailed technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient production processes. * Ensure all outputs meet high quality and performance standards. Essential Requirements as a CNC Turner * Minimum 10 years’ experience programming and setting CNC turning machines. * Strong understanding of machining processes. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Alignment with the employer’s cultural values. Desirable (Not Essential) * Experience using Fusion 360 / CAM software. * Engineering-related qualifications
