Permanent PCB Assembler - Basignstoke Do you have experience working on PCB's and looking to secure a permanent role where you can utilise and extend your skill set? As a PCB Assembler, you'll benefit from: Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing by one day each year (up to 25 days total) Christmas Shutdown: Company closes between Christmas and New Year (3 days taken from holiday allowance) Pension: Auto-enrolled company pension scheme Healthcare: Private health cover Training: Ongoing training and development from day one Free onsite parking As a PCB Assembler your duties will include: Hand print solder paste and hand place electronic components Solder thru-hole components to a high standard Inspect and verify assembled products to ensure quality and compliance Interpret technical documents and specifications Assist with problem-solving and support production and quality processes Communicate effectively with team members and customers when required As a PCB Assembler, you'll ideally have: Experience working with PCBs is essential Confident in hand placement and soldering techniques Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good computer literacy and ability to interpret technical data Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentIf you are interested in this permanent role then please apply and one of our team will call you to discuss details further.
