Job: Customer Services Advisor (Part Time) Location: Monmouthshire Duration: Temporary contract till 24th December 2025 Hours: 29.6 per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri) - hybrid working Rate: £27,556-£29,006.31 / hourly rate options BRC are working closely with a well-established housing association who are looking for a Customer Services Advisor who is available immediately and is passionate about delivering top-tier support within a high performing team. Duties: You will be the first point of contact handling enquires via phone, email, and live chat with speed, care and professionalism You will respond to queries in an effective and timely manner Support the Customer Services Manager in promoting high performance culture with a strong emphasis on continuous service improvement You will be responsible for accurately logging and processing customer requests related to repairs, anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes always ensuring all actions follow established procedures You will closely collaborate with the Income Recovery team to help reduce rental income loss by encouraging a culture of timely payments Requirements: Good level of literacy and numeracy, educated to GCSE grade C or higher The ability to use Microsoft Office packages and able to pick up new systems quickly At least 2 years’ experience of working in a customer facing role Good verbal and written communication Be able to maintain a professional and calm manner under pressure Be able to work as part of a team Be available immediately Be able to commute to the office at least 1-2 days a week How to apply If this sounds like the right role for you please submit your CV explaining why you’re interested in this role and how your skills match what we’re looking for.
