We are seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Technology Lead to lead our clients digital marketing and technology strategy, part time, hybrid working model. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving travel group that connects people through authentic travel, community, and unforgettable experiences. The experienced Digital Marketing & Technology Lead shall be working work closely with the leadership team, driving marketing and digital growth while helping shape the future of the brands. Digital Marketing & Technology Lead – Duties: * Developing our online training academy system * Creating and running marketing-specific training sessions * Leading several other new marketing projects and initiatives * Supporting digital innovations across our growing portfolio Digital Marketing & Technology Lead – Essential Requirements: * Must have experience of working within the travel industry, ideally an agency or tour operator. – Essential. * You're not just a marketer — you're a builder. * Able to thrive in a hands-on environment where creativity meets strategy, and you love seeing your work make a visible impact. * Website management and development (WordPress, integrations, UX) * SEO: keyword research, landing page and blog writing * Email marketing and automation * Paid ads (Google & Meta) * PR and brand storytelling * Social media strategy and content planning * Systems and data integrations (CRM, booking platforms, AP|s) * Creative campaign development and analytics Digital Marketing & Technology Lead – Perks: * Flexible working with approx. 15-20 hours per week * Monthly Retainer + Performance-based earnings linked to growth and results * Access to discounted and net-rate travel * Opportunities to attend FAM trips and industry events * Long-term progression for the right person Locations ideal for this role includes Malvern, Ledbury, Hereford & Woofferton
