Business Development Manager - Up to $95K - Reston, VA Want to make an impact in the data centre world while building strong client relationships? 💻🌍 We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global team and help expand our client base across data centres, hyperscalers, and tech investors. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle-from outreach to closing deals-while collaborating with colleagues and supporting clients every step of the way. What You'll Do: 🔍 Connect with potential clients across multiple sectors 🤝 Build lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders 🏆 Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing 📊 Share and explain our research products, reports, and subscription services 🎯 Meet sales targets while collaborating with marketing & research teams About You: Proven SaaS sales experience with a strong track record in driving net-new logo acquisition Experience within the data centre industry (excluding telco), power, or related sectors highly advantageous 3+ years' sales experience, ideally in data centre, research/consulting, or real estate Excellent communication and negotiation skills Interested in technology, data, and market intelligence Self-motivated and proactive, yet enjoy collaborating with supportive teams 🌏 Comfortable coming to our Reston, VA office three days a week Hubspot experience is a bonus Note: We are not seeking individuals from a public sector sales background unless heavily biased with the above experience Perks & Benefits: 🏝️ 25-29 days annual leave + Christmas week closure 🏥 Private health insurance (including dental & vision) 💵 401k with Guideline 🎁 Anniversary rewards & career coaching 🖥️ $400 homeworking setup stipend 🛫 Up to 1 month working remotely per year Why this role?
