Key Responsibilities Deliver Principal Designer services on commercial and industrial projects Support project teams with design risk management Generate new business opportunities through excellent client service Provide expert CDM advice and training to internal teams Review contractor documents, RAMS and design packages Must-Have Requirements Solid experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles NEBOSH Construction or equivalent Strong understanding of the design process Confidence managing clients and leading discussions Ambition to grow a CDM function and mentor junior staff This is your moment to step into a role where you are truly valued as a Senior CDM Consultant
