Behind every smooth-running workshop is a parts department that delivers.” Parts Supervisor – Main Dealer Opportunity (Epsom Area) Basic £36,000 | OTE £46,000 Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | Saturdays on rota (8am–1pm, paid as overtime) Are you an experienced automotive parts professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected main dealer in the Epsom area, is looking for a proactive and motivated Parts Supervisor to lead their busy parts department. What You’ll Be Doing * Supervising and motivating the parts team to deliver exceptional service * Overseeing daily parts operations and ensuring smooth workflow * Stock control, ordering, and inventory management * Supporting front and back-of-house parts activities * Ensuring departmental targets and service standards are consistently met * Using Kerridge (ADP) system – experience helpful but not essential What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team * Solid knowledge of parts operations and stock management * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Kerridge knowledge is a real advantage What’s on Offer * £36k basic salary with realistic OTE of £46k * Main dealer career progression and training opportunities * Overtime paid for Saturday rota hours * Supportive team environment with strong management backing If you're ready to lead a thriving parts department and grow within a reputable dealership, we’d love to hear from you.
