Job Title: National Sales Manager Location: Anywhere in the UK Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 basic + commission (£24,000 OTE) + car allowance Reports To: Sales Director About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of premium security solutions designed specifically for the construction industry. The company supplies high-end CCTV products, including towers, cameras, monitors and pods, to construction projects across the UK. Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. * Deliver consultative sales support, tailoring solutions to meet client needs. * Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding. * Attend regular site visits and client meetings, with occasional overnight stays. * Accurately maintain sales records and forecasts using CRM systems. * Represent our client at trade events, exhibitions and industry functions. Candidate Requirements * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in security sales, ideally involving CCTV or related electronic security products. * A proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth in a B2B environment. * Strong understanding of, and connections within, the construction industry are highly desirable. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. * Willingness to travel regularly within Scotland and occasionally to England. * Full UK driving licence is essential.
