Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant: * Provide high-quality, customer-focused service via phone, email, and in person. * Resolve queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring first-time resolution where possible. * Support tenants with rent payments and tenancy management issues. * Oversee the allocation and lettings process, ensuring fairness and transparency. * Administer Physical Adaptation Grants, working with contractors, Cwm Taf Care & Repair, and Welsh Government. * Assist with administrative tasks across Housing, Maintenance, and Compliance teams. * Track maintenance works and ensure timely completion. * Manage contractor databases and assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
