SEND Teacher Pay: £20.00-£28.00 per hour Job Description:   Job Title: SEND Teacher Location: Worcestershire Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) – part-time options considered Contract: Long-term with a strong chance of becoming permanent The Role: We're working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ college in Worcestershire, looking for a dedicated teacher to work with 16–19-year-old learners. Students have moderate learning difficulties, Autism and ADHD. You will: Teach and plan lessons tailored to students with additional needs Coordinate Learning Support Assistants and carers in the classroom Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For: A teacher with a PGCE or similar teaching qualification Experience working with SEND Confident managing behaviour and supporting support staff We’re also happy to hear from experienced teachers without a PGCE if you’ve worked extensively with SEND learners.
