Warehouse Operative

StaffPower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team in Cramlington as Picking & Packing Operatives. This role involves accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a full-time position, ideal for individuals looking for flexibility, with 3 or 4 shifts per week depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately pick items from stock using picking lists * Pack products safely and securely for dispatch * Label parcels correctly and prepare orders for despatch * Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse * Carry out basic quality checks on items * Work as part of a team to meet daily targets * Follow all health and safety procedures Requirements: * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks * Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy * Capable of working in a fast-paced environment * Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided * Flexible approach to shifts and working days
