ROLE: Service Advisor LOCATION: Chingford SALARY: 30k basic – 35k ote + benefits HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA! Duties for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy: * Responding to customer requests * Booking in vehicles for service / repair * Checking in vehicles * Track vehicle through the workshop * Handover the vehicle * Achieve incremental sales * Use technology effectively * Manage your own performance * Contribute to effective working * Deal with customer complaints * Contribute to improved service processes About the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : * Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop * Excellent customer service skills * Full UK DL Well, a big benefit of an EOT acquiring a controlling stake in a business is that it protects the business and its employees from the uncertainty associated with a third-party takeover, and risks that come with that..
