We are proud to work with a range of excellent schools that provide nurturing and inspiring environments for children - and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom. 🌈 The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils to help them reach their potential Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning resources 💡 About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about supporting children's learning and development Reliable, adaptable, and confident in a school setting Experienced working with primary-aged children (school-based or similar experience preferred) Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential 🌟 Why Join Aspire People?
