Multi-Skilled Operative

CSS Recruitment and Training are hiring for a Multi-Skilled Operative in Braintree. Temp - Perm position. We are actively recruiting a number of Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our client’s growing team in Braintree. Our client manufactures and assembles a variety of products, ranging from furniture to steel frame building panels. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble and build products to the required standards, following technical drawings. * Work to time-critical production schedules to meet targets and deadlines. * Conduct thorough quality inspections on all completed work. * Use a range of tools and instruments safely and effectively. * Support additional production activities as required. Skills & Experience Required: * Minimum 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing environment. * Confident in using hand tools, with good manual handling and heavy lifting ability. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
