Project Officer Location: Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA Start Date: ASAP                                                Contract Duration: 1+ Month Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 314.79 per day Job Ref: (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee land charges projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide timely updates and reports on project progress. Person Specifications Must Have Expertise in land charges with significant experience. Strong project management skills. Excellent time management abilities. Eligibility to work in the UK. Confidentiality agreement compliance. Valid NI number and references for the last 2 years. Nice to Have Experience working with local government councils. Familiarity with GDPR regulations.
