Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant, Leeds MTR was established in 2001 and we focus on providing staff to the construction industry. We have two well-established offices servicing a mixture of regional & tier one contractors supplying a range of white-collar construction professionals on both a permanent and temporary basis. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the business and help us build on 20+ years of success with our initial requirement for somebody to head up our Freelance division covering Yorkshire and the North East. The position would suit a consultant with an existing presence in the market. Based in our Leeds office, you’ll be joining a small team of experienced individuals, where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded. From day one you’ll have a personalised development plan to support your ongoing progression within the business where we can offer further opportunities to be involved in the growth of the region and wider business. Salaries are negotiable and we offer a market leading commission scheme, quarterly bonuses that reward individual and team efforts and a benefits package including Private Healthcare, Death in Service and a generous holiday allowance that will increase the longer you stay with the company.
