New Business Sales Executive – CCaaS / UCaaS Solutions Location: Hybrid (Ideally within 1 hour of the office, but flexibility considered) Salary: £45,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £90,000+) About the Role We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is not your typical account management role — it’s a unique opportunity for a confident, consultative salesperson who thrives on generating new business while managing a select portfolio of existing clients. You’ll represent leading-edge Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions from trusted vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, and Mitel. Working within a forward-thinking, customer-focused technology provider, you’ll have the autonomy to develop your market and the support to maximise your success. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise sectors. * Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and account expansion. * Understand client challenges and design tailored communication solutions that deliver measurable results. * Produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective customers. * Own and exceed your sales and gross profit targets through effective pipeline and opportunity management. * Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies. * Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights to the senior management team. About You * 2–5 years’ experience in direct sales, ideally within CCaaS / UCaaS or related communication technology. * Demonstrable success in closing complex solutions with TCV of £500K+. * Strong commercial acumen, with a proactive and strategic approach to winning new business. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, professional, and confident engaging with decision-makers at all levels. * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (some travel required).
