Commercial Manager

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic business developer who will grab the attention of our clients, uncover their challenges and address them with innovative and attractive solutions. As the Commercial Manager for the UK & Ireland region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with our automotive clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals across the UKI region. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. * Engage with automotive and mobility clients to identify their needs and define innovative solutions in collaboration with your operational colleagues. * Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client engagement. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. * Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Essential Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, preferably where technology is used as an enabler. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively. * Familiarity with CRM platforms. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Experience * Experience of building senior business relationships leading to solution sales * Knowledge of the UKI automotive market landscape and business culture. * Background in consultative style business development.
